Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector in Omaha, NE seeks a Service Reliability Lead to support the Intelligence Community’s data communications systems, including design, testing and network upgrades. You’ll guide a team to manage incidents and problems, ensuring SLAs are met and risks mitigated.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly; leads a 6–10 FTE team across locations and interacts with vendors and program teams to sustain mission-critical networks and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 16 years of experience combining work history and education (Doctorate with 8 years, etc.).
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 certification.
• Experience leading technical teams of 4–10 geographically dispersed FTEs.
• Experience in Network Incident and Problem Management.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
• Knowledge of Layer 1/2 networking concepts and basic routing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–10 geographically dispersed FTEs responsible for incident and problem management.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate personnel; manage resources to meet contract SLOs/SLAs.
• Act as technical advisor at site/program meetings; balance site, customer, and enterprise needs.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to restore services and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with program managers to drive process improvement and efficiency.
