• Advanced administrative experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and software, imaging software, profile migration techniques, and client computing hardware.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departmental projects and design, evaluate, and maintain medium to large computing services.
• Respond to support tickets and resolve technical issues within specified timeframes.
• Provide leadership for resolution of moderate to complex operational issues.
• Maintain disaster recovery plans and coordinate disaster recovery drills.
• Participate in Agile processes to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
