Job summary

Alliant Energy is hiring a Sr. Network Operations Analyst to support a growing, secure network infrastructure that includes fiber, leased circuits, and IP/MPLS routing.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to incidents across Layers 1–3 and coordinate with field operations and engineering teams during maintenance events. The role involves provisioning circuits, configuring devices, managing changes, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in PC support in a networked environment.
• Advanced administrative experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and software, imaging software, profile migration techniques, and client computing hardware.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departmental projects and design, evaluate, and maintain medium to large computing services.
• Respond to support tickets and resolve issues within defined timeframes.
• Provide leadership for resolution of moderate to complex operational issues.
• Comply with SOX, NERC CIP, FERC, and TSA requirements.
• Maintain disaster recovery plans and coordinate DR drills.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
