The role emphasizes building long-term partnerships, optimizing interconnection, and providing market intelligence on procurement strategies within the IDC/CDN ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years in infra, telecom, or cloud.
• Technical background in IDC, networking, or cloud infra.
• Experience collaborating with telecom operators or large internet companies, including CDN.
• Strong knowledge of peering, routing, and interconnection in carrier or IDC environments.
• Proven commercial negotiation skills with cross-border partnerships in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial development for carrier network resources across planning, coordination, deployment, and billing.
• Act as primary commercial interface for telecom operators in the region to build strategic partnerships.
• Serve as main contact between Tencent and telecom operators/suppliers across planning, network, and operations.
• Drive implementation of network resource projects and align internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations on carrier engagement and procurement strategies.
