Job summary

CAci International Inc. seeks a Network Operations Technician Journeyman to support Air Force network modernization across CONUS. You’ll resolve complex IT issues, perform triage, and maintain system integrity in a Network Operations Center.

You’ll apply patches, support network refreshes, and keep detailed configuration records while monitoring performance across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Technical BA/BS required; seven years in lieu of a degree with advanced experience also acceptable.
• Secret clearance required for access to DoD networks.
• Experience supporting large, complex DoD network environments in an NOC.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical triage and incident response in a Network Operations Center.
• Perform network troubleshooting of routers, switches, servers, and security systems.
• Apply IAVA patches and perform OS upgrades to maintain security.
• Maintain configuration records and support network refresh projects.
• Develop and use SOPs for incident resolution and ticketing.
