Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Network Operations Technician Journeyman to support Air Force modernization projects across CONUS. You will triage incidents in a NOC, maintain configurations for routers, switches, servers, and security systems, and apply IAVA patches while supporting network refreshes.

The role requires a Secret clearance, up to 25% travel, and hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure in a DoD environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating large, complex networks in a NOC environment.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Observes legacy network behavior and compares against baseline performance.
• Creates and responds to incident tickets and performs network triage per SOPs.
• Resolves IT hardware/software infrastructure issues to ensure proper function.
• Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves IT infrastructure issues including servers, storage, and network connectivity.
• Performs system administration, applies security patches and OS upgrades.
• Patches and configures network devices via IAVA and routine updates.
• Develops and updates configuration templates for switches/routers.
• Monitors network performance and supports new infrastructure projects.
