Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Network Operations Technician Journeyman to support Air Force network modernization across CONUS. You will work in a NOC, perform triage, root cause analysis, and configure routers, switches, servers, and security systems.

You will apply IAVA patches and maintain system documentation to ensure continuity of operations. You will resolve complex IT infrastructure issues, monitor performance, and support new infrastructure projects while adhering to security

Qualifications

• Requires technical BA/BS or equivalent with 5+ years in NOC.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience supporting DoD network modernization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT infrastructure issues in a NOC and maintain system integrity.
• Perform patching (IAVA) and firmware updates on routers/switches.
• Maintain configuration records and perform performance monitoring.
• Support new infrastructure projects.
• Draft and follow network TTPs and SOPs.
