Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Network Operations Technician Journeyman to support Air Force network modernization across CONUS.

In a Network Operations Center, you will perform technical triage, incident response, and configuration management for routers, switches, servers, and security systems, applying IAVA patches and tracking changes. The role requires 5+ years in large, complex networks, a Secret clearance, and DoD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Technical BA/BS or equivalent and 5+ years in a Network Operations Center environment.
• Experience supporting large, complex DoD networks and air force modernization projects is highly desirable.
• Active DoD security clearance (Secret) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident triage and network patching per SOPs.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, servers, and security systems.
• Apply IAVA patches and perform system upgrades.
• Maintain detailed configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and resolve outages or degradations.
