Job summary

CACI is seeking a Network Operations Technician Journeyman to support Air Force modernization efforts. The role involves NOC operations, triage, patching, and configuration of routers, switches, servers, and security systems across CONUS installations.

You will apply IAVA patches, participate in network refreshes, and maintain detailed configuration records while ensuring continuity of operations and security across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Technical BA/BS or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of related work experience with a Bachelor's degree or a High School diploma or an Associate degree with a minimum seven (7) years performing as a Network Operations Technician.
• Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Observes legacy network behavior and compares against baseline performance.
• Creates and responds to incident tickets and performs network triage per SOPs.
• Resolves IT hardware and software infrastructure issues to ensure proper function of hardware, software and systems.
