Job summary

Lumen is seeking an Operations Technician II to support PSCC customers remotely within the United States. You will troubleshoot complex network issues, coordinate with NOC, and maintain documentation in the ticketing system, with a focus on reliability and customer communication.

The role requires flexibility to work 24/7 shifts (swing and mid shifts), including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent and 3+ years in related networking

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years related experience in network operations.
• Technical certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Network Operations Center and Repair activities for PSCC customers.
• Resolves complex network problems involving network hardware, fiber, colo space and power.
• Uses software and hardware tools to diagnose network issues.
• Performs complex network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Customer communications via ticket, phone, email, and chat; document actions.
