Qualifications
- Master's degree in network engineering or a related technical field.
- 0–3 years of experience in network engineering or related roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, routing, switching, and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of cloud networking, virtualization, security, and infrastructure tech.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security with enterprise tools.
- Support LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networking environments.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, latency, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on network security best practices.
- Perform upgrades, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
- Maintain network documentation and runbooks.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
