Effortless Office is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead our network engineering team and serve as a top escalation and design resource for enterprise, high-availability networks across multi-platform environments.

You will own network health, security, and continuous improvement, proactively identifying risk and capacity gaps, and presenting cost-effective recommendations to clients and Service Delivery Teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years in service-provider, MSP, or enterprise networking.
• 3+ years leading engineers as a manager or tech lead.
• MSP or multi-client environment experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as senior network engineering authority and final escalation point.
• Design, review, and approve complex network configurations and architecture.
• Own network infrastructure design, standards, and lifecycle for Switch data centers.
• Manage 24/7 on-call rotation and escalation processes.
• Lead proactive client reviews to identify gaps and plan remediations.
