Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer – Tier 3 in the Washington, DC area. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and up to 25% CONUS travel to support enterprise-wide LAN/WAN/UC and video services on the ECS3 program.

You will design, implement, and document network configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with teams across locations to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• IAT II (Security+ or equivalent) required.
• CCNA certification required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph OR ability to obtain polygraph before starting.
• 10 years of relevant work experience; bachelor’s degree can substitute 4 years, associate’s degree can substitute 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions requiring coordination to meet customer needs.
• Write high-level technical documents for audiences with varied technical backgrounds.
• Network implementation and installation of technical projects within a site or locale.
• Facilitating engineering design data calls and documenting results.
• Identify and recommend network changes to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot network failures and accessibility issues.
• Develop deployment and implementation documentation for network changes.
• Lead research and testing of new hardware or software for performance and interoperability.
• Design and implement new solutions and travel to other sites as needed.
