Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Network Team Lead to direct the Network Operations Team for federal client CBP infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance and incident response across nationwide enterprise.

The role requires 10+ years of related experience, a related bachelor's degree, and ITIL v4 Foundation certification, with hybrid work and periodic on-site meetings in the DC area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (e.g., MIS, CS, Engineering, IT, Networking) or additional related experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certified.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, infrastructure, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations.
• Lead the Network Operations Team to ensure stable CBP network infrastructure.
• Maintain, support, and optimize network, firewall, and telecommunications systems.
• Manage monitoring priorities for LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet and wireless networks.
