Job summary

MicroTech is seeking a Network Operations Lead to support CBP in Orlando, FL. This role will direct the Network Operations Team and oversee the stable operation of the network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, and wireless.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior networking roles, plus ITIL v3 or CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certifications, and strong leadership with security/compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of senior networking experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring systems for servers, devices, and applications.
• Strong leadership and project management with knowledge of security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor information systems operations for CBP network.
• Lead Network Operations Team to maintain LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, and wireless.
• Provide end-user support and coordinate problem resolution.
• Plan testing and analysis of network facilities; manage monitoring priorities.
• Schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems.
