You will drive triage, use packet analysis tools, and coordinate 24/7 on‑call support to maintain mission‑critical infrastructure and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience troubleshooting large‑scale networks.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, QoS, VoIP and CDN technologies.
• Proven ability to lead incident response and post‑mortem analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage and resolution of high‑severity network incidents globally.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional incident response with engineering teams.
• Drive permanent fixes and improve detection and monitoring.
