Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and manage incidents via ticketing systems.
• Triage, resolve, and escalate incidents to Tier3 engineering when needed.
• Monitor network elements and troubleshoot using management software.
• Provide in-depth technical support to customers via the helpdesk line.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve issues and maintain SLA.
