Job summary

Insight Global's client is seeking a Data Network Engineer to join the Managed Service Assurance Data Team. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting and incident restoration for enterprise customers.

You will operate in ITIL Tier 3, on-call rotation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose, resolve, and document network incidents across Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Juniper, and Palo Alto environments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in enterprise networking or managed services.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
• ITIL-aligned support experience; Tier 3 escalation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets as ITIL Tier 3 for managed services.
• Diagnose complex network issues across routers, firewalls, SD-WAN, and edge devices.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to restore service quickly.
