You will drive incidents, coordinate with global teams and vendors, oversee refresh programs, implement proactive monitoring, and champion automation to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in Network Engineering and Operations.
• Experience supporting global enterprise networks with 200+ sites.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco Wireless, Juniper Mist, SD-WAN, VPN, and Firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incidents, escalations, and service restoration for enterprise network services.
• Provide advanced L2/L3 support for LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, and firewall technologies.
• Coordinate with customers, delivery teams, and offshore support organizations.
