We are seeking a Senior Manager of Network Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and modernization of a large-scale enterprise and data center network environment. This role is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys balancing hands‑on architecture with team leadership and long‑term infrastructure transformation initiatives.

You will oversee a team of experienced network engineers while driving enterprise‑wide initiatives focused on scalability, security, automation, cloud connectivity, and next‑generation network design.

This is a highly visible leadership position with direct influence on technology strategy and infrastructure investments across the organization.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior‑level network engineers.
• Define and execute network modernization initiatives across enterprise and data center environments.
• Drive architectural decisions related to routing, switching, network security, automation, and cloud connectivity.
• Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business leadership teams to align network strategy with organizational goals.
• Oversee highly available, secure, and scalable network environments supporting mission‑critical operations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions to improve performance, resiliency, and operational efficiency.
• Champion network automation and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
• Establish standards, governance, and best practices across networking disciplines.
• Manage strategic projects involving cloud integration, data center transformation, and next‑generation networking technologies.

Required

• 8+ years of progressive network engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, projects, or engineering organizations.
• Strong background designing and supporting large‑scale enterprise or data center networks.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and executing infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Technical Experience

• Data center architecture, spine‑leaf networking, and modern fabric designs.
• Network virtualization technologies.
• Enterprise routing and switching.
• Network security architecture, segmentation, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• DNS, DHCP, and IP address management platforms.
• Load balancing technologies.
• Network observability, monitoring, and performance optimization tools.
• Cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments.
• Network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Experience with Arista networking technologies and automation platforms is highly desired.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Arista ACE, or equivalent.
