Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• 5+ years of data center or network capacity planning or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience leading design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Program manager monitors network infrastructure builds health, demand, risks, and issues and initiates corrective actions.
• Define requirements and processes with stakeholders (networking engineers, tech program managers, senior management).
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and negotiate trade-offs.
• Participate in hiring and mentor others; manage multiple cross-organization projects/programs.
• Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and senior management daily.
• Analyze, interpret and visualize data with BI tools like Redshift, Tableau, and QuickSight.
• Create predictable processes and drive automation and simplification to unblock innovation.
