Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Manager, Technical Infrastructure Program Management in Seattle or Herndon to lead a team of TIPMs, driving end-to-end data center builds.

You will hire, mentor, and retain talent, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and deliver on schedules and budgets across complex programs. You will apply project management practices, influence stakeholders, and manage risks while communicating clearly with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget.
• 3+ years of team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of TIPMs to deliver end-to-end data center builds.
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent while coordinating dependencies across teams.
