Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Manager, Technical Infrastructure Program Management in Herndon, VA or Seattle, WA to lead a team delivering complex data center builds across the US.

You will hire, mentor, and develop TIPMs, align stakeholder teams, map dependencies, and drive schedules and budgets to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate with ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Infrastructure Program Managers to deliver end-to-end data center builds.
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent; map dependencies and create drive schedules.
• Set vision and direction for the team; coach program managers at various career stages.
• Manage performance and remove barriers to delivery; ensure safe and compliant operations.
