Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in network engineering and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, routing, switching, and data center networking concepts.
• Experience designing secure, high-availability networks across office, data center and cloud.
• Experience with network automation and observability.
• Ability to lead technical decisions and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with issue reduction focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of network engineers who design, build, and operate resilient infrastructure across critical investment and business applications.
• Shape the network engineering roadmap by translating priorities into scalable architecture and measurable delivery outcomes.
• Design secure, high-performance network solutions across office, data center, and cloud environments with emphasis on availability and latency.
• Drive automation, observability, and infrastructure as code practices to improve reliability and speed.
• Partner with Technology, Security, and business teams to deliver networking capabilities for new applications and locations.
• Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management to restore service quickly.
• Guide change management for upgrades, migrations, and maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance, resilience, and security expectations are met.
• Coach engineers through mentorship, prioritization, and feedback to strengthen the team's impact.
