MFS is seeking a Network Senior Manager to lead reliability, security and evolution of enterprise network services. You will balance hands-on depth with standards, roadmaps, and outcomes for a team of network engineers.

You will partner with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to drive architecture-aligned solutions, automation, and proactive risk management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required.
• 8-12+ years IT experience with enterprise network focus; strong practice in large data center networks and security coordination.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for operational health of network services and incident management.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team of network engineers; foster inclusive culture.
• Lead implementation and lifecycle management of network solutions aligned with architecture and security controls.
• Develop and execute a network services roadmap with modernization and automation.
• Drive capacity planning, performance tuning, and risk mitigation with proper documentation.
