Job summary

Qualco Group's technology arm seeks a Senior Network Engineer to lead design, deployment and support of routing, switching, security, and VPNs across enterprise networks.

You will drive network strategy, mentor teams, liaise with vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-availability solutions in a global fintech environment. Excellent English and 8+ years of experience are required; hybrid/remote flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 8 years of network engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
• Certifications in Cisco CCNP/CCDP or Check Point CCSE/CCSA.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle management, design, architect, and provide support of Routing, Switching, Security Solutions and VPNs across LAN/WAN in Qualco and client infrastructure.
• Provide expertise with network strategy, architectural design, and enhancements.
• Act as a technical lead with expert level knowledge in WAN/LAN networking areas and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Maintain expert knowledge of IT engineering technologies and ensure regulatory compliance.
