Kettering Health in Miamisburg, Ohio is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join a collaborative team maintaining the voice/data enterprise network for our healthcare systems.

In this role you will design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure, lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with architects and vendors to deliver reliable, secure communications across data and voice workloads.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant networking experience in network engineering, VoIP, or UC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead network design and deployment focusing on performance, capacity and scalability.
• Develop time/cost estimates with vendors and IS stakeholders.
• Maintain network/voice diagrams and architecture documentation.
• Escalate and resolve complex network incidents.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
