  • Continuous improvement. Identify and lead improvement initiatives across the teams, using internal performance metrics tracked over time to find gaps before they become incidents.
  • Vendor & contract management. Manage carrier and vendor relationships (e.g., circuit providers, DAS integrators, telecom hardware/software vendors), holding them to contractual and performance commitments, and escalating formally when service issues affect patient care or operations.
  • Agile delivery. Support the adoption of Agile/Scrum practices within the network and telecom teams to improve throughput and transparency.
  • Project delivery. Define deliverables and participate directly in projects spanning network connectivity and telecom services, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Roadmap & capacity planning. Partner with architects and engineering teams to build short- and long-term plans that expand capability, modernize existing systems, and refresh equipment lifecycle keeping pace with growth in bandwidth, IoT/RTLS, and clinical mobility demands.
