Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the voice/data enterprise network for our healthcare facilities in Miamisburg, OH. You will collaborate with architects and vendors to deploy resilient, scalable solutions and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and deep knowledge of Cisco network systems, with a focus on data and voice workloads and enterprise UC integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant networking experience in data and voice environments.
• Experience with VoIP engineering and Unified Communications.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the network infrastructure.
• Oversee enterprise voice/data networks and disaster recovery.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with architects and vendors.
• Serve as escalation point for complex network issues.
• Develop time and cost estimates with stakeholders.
