Job summary

Mantis Security Corporation is seeking a senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and sustain secure enterprise networks across Cisco, Juniper, HP/Aruba, and Palo Alto platforms. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, modernization, and security compliance for government networks.

You will work across LAN/WAN infrastructures, support routing and security technologies, and collaborate with operations and vendor teams to ensure resilient, compliant network operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of network engineering or network operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, HP/Aruba, and Palo Alto technologies.
• Experience supporting secure enterprise network environments, including routing, transport, and network security technologies.
• Current DoD 8570 IAT II certification required.
• Current CCNA (or equivalent) required.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and sustain LAN/WAN infrastructure across multi-vendor environments.
• Support advanced routing, switching, transport, and security technologies in enterprise operations.
• Troubleshoot network issues, perform fault isolation, support incident response, and maintain reliable network performance.
• Execute network changes, maintenance activities, and approved engineering updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in coordination with operations teams and vendor support.
