Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in deployment, configuration and design of networking security.
• CCNA or equivalent knowledge required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is required.
• Ability to work on call rotation as needed.
• Proficient in cloud and data center networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily network, firewall and operational support.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement changes to ensure stability.
• Provide technical analysis and documentation during incidents.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and certifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve system roadmaps.
