Job summary

RKMC Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable enterprise networks across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will configure Palo Alto and Juniper firewalls, deploy Mist wireless, and manage SD‑WAN, BGP routing, and data center fabrics (ACI, VXLAN).

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise networking, network security, wireless technologies, cloud networking, and data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize secure and scalable network solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto and Juniper SRX firewalls.
• Deploy and maintain Juniper Mist wireless solutions and wireless authentication.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Juniper access layer switching.
• Design and support SD-WAN solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 3 routing protocols, with emphasis on BGP.
• Implement and maintain data center networking technologies including Cisco ACI and VXLAN fabrics.
• Design and support cloud networking in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot F5 load balancers.
• Perform network monitoring, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure network security, high availability, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Juniper SRX Firewalls
• Experience with Juniper Mist Wireless and wireless authentication technologies
• Strong knowledge of Cisco and Juniper switching
• Experience implementing and supporting SD-WAN
• Strong understanding of Layer 3 Routing, including BGP
• Experience with Data Center Switching
• Knowledge of Cisco ACI and VXLAN (preferred)
• Experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) networking
• Hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancers
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 10+ years of enterprise networking experience.
