Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IT solution design or network architecture.
• Experience with MSP, VAR, or SI is desirable.
• Strong ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Expert-level network certification strongly preferred (CCNP/CCIE, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Work with sales to understand customer goals and drivers.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify challenges and requirements across campus, data center, WAN, wireless, and security domains.
• Develop secure, scalable network architectures aligned to delivery objectives.
• Estimate resources, costs, and timelines for proposed solutions.
• Prepare technical pitches, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Support RFP responses with solution designs and questions.
