Job summary

Leidos in Virginia is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead design, testing, and deployment of the enterprise network, including WAN, LAN, DNS, wireless, and cloud environments. You will work with government partners to implement secure and reliable connectivity and services.

Applicants should have a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 10+ years in network engineering, and a BS in a related field or 15 years of equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in network engineering and design.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems; or 15 years total experience in IT architecture/engineering in lieu of degree.
• Experience with software defined networking, identity and access management, mobility, imaging, collaboration, cloud hosting, and communication services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert in network engineering design, testing, and deployment.
• Engineer, design, test, and implement an enterprise network infrastructure and technologies.
• Maintain the design and integrity of the WAN, LAN, DNS, wireless, and cloud environments.
• Provide expert technical assistance to team members and Government with high-level system and networking requests and solutions.
