Job summary

C3EL is seeking Senior Network/Telecommunications Engineers to provide technical engineering support for DoD telecommunications transition activities. The engineer will assess existing network and telecommunications configurations, evaluate technical alternatives, develop requirements, and support transition planning, ordering, implementation, and technical issue resolution.

Qualifications

Minimum senior-level telecommunications or network engineering experience in DoD/Federal environments.
Experience analyzing telecommunications/network configurations and developing technical solutions.
Strong documentation and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

Research and assess existing telecommunications and network configurations.
Analyze technical requirements and propose alternative technical solutions.
Support transition of legacy telecom services to current contract solutions.
Develop and review technical requirements for PWSs, bid models, IGCEs, QASPs, and related documents.
Assist customers in defining network and telecom requirements.
Support planning, provisioning, implementation, cutover, validation, and issue resolution.
Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions meeting operational/technical requirements.
Contribute to process improvement and standardized technical processes.
