Job summary

C3EL is seeking a cleared Senior Network Engineer to support the DoD medical mission across CONUS and globally. This role requires strong expertise in LAN/WAN/WLAN, advanced routing, and network security.

You will provide technical leadership, resolve complex infrastructure issues, and coordinate with government staff and contractor teams to ensure mission readiness. A Secret clearance or higher is required.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Active Secret clearance or higher required.
CCNP and CISSP certifications are required.
Strong communication skills with government officials and technical staff.
Mastery of TCP/IP and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.).
Experience with DoD Health Care Information Systems and DHA networks.

Responsibilities

Serve as CONUS/global point of contact for network issues and management.
Lead and coordinate Network Specialists and internal/external teams.
Install, configure, document, manage, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN equipment for DHA facilities.
Provide high-level technical leadership and recommendations to government staff.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN issues across OSI layers with tools like SolarWinds, MRTG, and Ansible.
Develop standards and procedures for LAN/WAN access and security.
