Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Senior Network Administrator in Orlando, FL to design, deploy, and troubleshoot layer 2/3 networking. You will support LAN/WAN/WLAN and data center networks, ensure high availability, and align with security standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of hands-on experience, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent, and a Secret clearance. Prior DoD compliance experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on network engineering experience in implementation, troubleshooting and design.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications required.
• Must hold Secret clearance.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise network gear.
• Familiarity with DoD network compliance and STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as top-tier escalation point for complex network incidents and performance issues.
• Design, implement, and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN and data center networks.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with IT security to enforce network security policies.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
