Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator (Intermediate/Senior) to join our Orlando team. You will manage enterprise network infrastructure, ensure security and performance for government systems, and collaborate with cyber, systems, and engineering teams.

The role requires active DoD clearance, DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher, and experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba gear. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret/Top Secret clearance or better is required for the role.
• Four plus years of enterprise networking support and troubleshooting experience.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
• VMware Certified Associate or equivalent virtualization experience.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba networking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III network and desktop support for enterprise environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity, performance, and availability issues.
• Install, configure, administer, support, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, OS and peripherals.
• Monitor network and server health, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collect and review network utilization and performance data for capacity planning.
• Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity plan development.
• Interface with vendors for procurement and lifecycle management of network tech.
• Develop and deliver user and technical training for network resources.
