Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking a Network Administrator III to lead advanced network engineering and operations for the PEO STRI contract. You will troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN, design and optimize multi-site networks, and work with cybersecurity teams to meet compliance and high availability requirements.

Qualifications include Security+ IAT II, active Secret clearance, a BS in IT/CS, 5+ years of hands-on experience, and knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, Cisco or Juniper gear.

Qualifications

• Active Security+ (IAT II) certification or equivalent.
• Active Secret (or higher) security clearance.
• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Experience with enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN and data center networks.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and NAC.
• Experience with high-availability design and disaster recovery.
• Preferred CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as top-tier escalation for complex network incidents and performance issues.
• Design, implement, and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced routing, switching, firewall, and access control problems across multi-site environments.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for major incidents and develop corrective action plans.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on vulnerabilities, boundary protection, and compliance actions.
