Amentum is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join the IRES program supporting the Missile Defense Agency. You will design, implement, and secure advanced data center fabrics and software-defined networks across hybrid environments.

You will configure Nexus spine-leaf, NSX micro-segmentation, F5 LTM/GTM, Infoblox IPAM, and Versa SD-WAN, while driving automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration with government and contractor partners.

Formación

Must have 12+ years of general (full-time) work experience.
Must have 6+ years of directly related experience.
Must have 1+ years in a leadership role.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus in Spine-Leaf/EVPN-VxLAN topologies.
VMware NSX segmentation and gateway routing.
F5 BIG-IP LTM/GTM application delivery controllers.
Infoblox DDI/IPAM grid managers.
Versa SD-WAN enterprise solutions.
Active DoW Secret security clearance; Top Secret preferred.

Responsabilidades

Engineer, configure, implement, and secure high-speed data center fabrics and software-defined network enclaves.
Configure Nexus Spine-Leaf EVPN‑VxLAN, NSX, Versa SD‑WAN, F5 BIG‑IP, and Infoblox services.
Develop automation and IaC playbooks to standardize deployments and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with multiple teams and government stakeholders for hybrid cloud and on‑premises transport.
Support security hardening, DoD/DISA/MDA requirements, and cATO processes.
