Job summary

Meridian Systematics seeks a Senior Network Engineer to deliver Tier III SME-level support across customer data center networks, application delivery platforms, and security environments.

The role spans solution design, system integration, deployment, and ongoing operations, including O&M and advanced fault management for mission-critical DoD environments. Strong documentation and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance; willing to take a CI polygraph.
• 10+ years of network engineering experience focused on data center networking and independent project management.
• Professional or expert-level certification required (CCNP, F5-CTS, or JNCIP).
• SME-level expertise with dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP) and TCP/UDP analysis using diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Data Center O&M & Architecture: Troubleshoot, maintain LAN/WAN, upgrade networks, evaluate technologies.
• Deployment & Stage Management: Design, deploy, and scale network solutions on timelines.
• Security & Performance Management: Ensure DoD STIGs compliance and integrate into availability frameworks.
• Analysis & Diagnostic Operations: Perform complex traffic analysis; coordinate with Tier IV support.
• Documentation & SOPs: Create diagrams and procedures to standardize workflows.
