Job summary

Rehmann is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in Grand Rapids to design, implement, and maintain secure, high-performing networks for client environments. You will lead complex deployments across on-premises, co-hosted, and cloud networks, interfacing with clients to understand needs and deliver robust solutions.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure services meet SLAs and corporate standards. Travel to client sites and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing robust, scalable network solutions.
• Extensive experience with Fortinet, WatchGuard, Cisco, Ruckus, and Azure networking.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and to work outside regular business hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performing, highly available network systems for diverse clients.
• Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting, ensuring SLAs and OLAs are met.
• Lead project-based networking deployments including on-premises, co-hosted, and cloud networking.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and participate in presales activities.
• Document environments, processes, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
