Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an MSP or enterprise IT environment.
• Expert-level Microsoft 365 administration skills.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboardings and infrastructure deployments.
• Resolve complex network issues as final escalation point.
• Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers and set documentation standards.
