The role requires advanced expertise in network infrastructure, security, and collaboration with IT teams to deliver reliable services. The position calls for strong problem-solving abilities, proactive issue resolution, and effective communication with stakeholders to support high availability and disaster recovery

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required.
• ITIL certification required or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and CCNP, ACE-4, PCNSE, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, LB, and firewall infrastructure.
• Oversee configuration and management of switches, wireless access points, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Lead IT networking projects and collaborate with service desk and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot incidents with carriers and vendors.
• Create schedules and project timelines; present progress reports to stakeholders.
