Job summary

Axon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Global Operations team. You will design, integrate, and implement networking for public safety products (911) globally, ensuring 24/7 service levels.

You will lead complex network projects, configure Fortinet firewalls and Cisco gear, and drive production reliability through data analytics and deep troubleshooting. A strong background in AWS, Terraform, and SD-WAN is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as a network engineer in critical service industries.
• Experience designing AWS environments with Terraform.
• Hands-on with Fortinet, SD-WAN, Cisco switches/routers.
• Adept at private/public connectivity and enterprise IT networking.
• Proficient with IaC and DevOps tooling for automated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead network projects: establishment, upgrades, expansions, migrations.
• Configure and maintain Fortinet, Cisco gear; ensure security and audits.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and upgrade production networks in real time.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
• Collaborate with vendors/service providers on network challenges.
