Job summary

Axon is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Global Operations team in the United States. You will design, implement, and support network solutions for public safety products used by national first responders and government sectors. This role emphasizes reliability and continuous service delivery across complex environments.

You will work with AWS-based architectures, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cisco devices, ensuring optimal performance and secure connectivity in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a network engineer in critical service industries.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in traditional and cloud networking concepts.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, and DNS.
• Experience with enterprise IT network environments and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and implement network solutions for Axon's public safety products.
• Deploy and support network infrastructure across multi-site environments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize voice and video quality on production networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure 24/7 service.
• Monitor performance and implement SD-WAN, VPN, and security controls.
