Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer in Sparks, NV to implement and support advanced network infrastructure. The role focuses on Cisco ACI fabric health, Palo Alto VPNs and security, enterprise wireless design, and Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM management.

Responsibilities include leading high-pressure P1 troubleshooting across application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains, and guiding Level 1/2 staff while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expert in implementing, and support Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
• Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including security policies, NAT, routing, VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access).
• Manage enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), RF optimization, roaming, high-density deployments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability.
• Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) with grid management, failover, and automation integration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Level 3 and advanced network issues during high-pressure environments.
• Investigate causes, test solutions, and suggest fixes to reduce ticket resolution time.
• Manage and upgrade network equipment and device software.
• Understand and act on network support priorities to meet objectives.
• Lead operational issues independently in live troubleshooting with multiple stakeholders.
• Assist Level 1 & 2 resources in addressing network issues.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of routing and switching protocols.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely.
