Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking a senior network engineer to implement and support Cisco ACI, manage Palo Alto firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM. Strong knowledge of routing, switching, BGP/OSPF, and multi-vendor interoperability is required. The role is based in Olathe, KS with a salary range of $95,000 to $135,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Expertise with Cisco ACI or SDA architectures and APIC/ISE integration.
• Experience configuring Palo Alto PAN-OS, Panorama, and VPNs.
• Enterprise WLAN design, RF analysis, and high-density deployments.
• IPsec site-to-site and remote access VPNs in multi-vendor environments.
• DNS/DHCP/IPAM with Infoblox grid management and failover.
• Live packet capture and troubleshooting with Wireshark.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Level 3 and advanced network issues across multiple domains.
• Investigate causes, test solutions, and implement rapid remediation.
• Manage equipment and software upgrades for network devices.
• Prioritize network support objectives and lead operational issues.
• Mentor Level 1–2 resources and coordinate with stakeholders during live troubleshooting.
• Strong routing and switching knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate complex issues clearly and work independently.
