Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Network Engineer to support Enterprise LAN, Data Center, and Campus networks across North America. The role focuses on Cisco ACI, DNAC, APIC, and Nexus switching, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, design, and automation.

The candidate should have extensive experience with BGP/OSPF, VXLAN, and VLSM, and will work closely with client teams to uphold high availability and performance across large-scale networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Data Center technologies including ACI, SDA, and DNAC.
• CCNP Routing & Switching or higher certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support for Enterprise LAN, Data Center, and Campus Network platforms across North America.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment including switches and routers using APIC and DNAC.
• Resolve connectivity problems between applications, EPGs, and external networks.
• Diagnose routing, contracts, and endpoint learning issues.
• Maintain external connections (L3Out, firewalls, load balancers) and apply micro-segmentation and policy rules.
• Deeply understand network orchestration and automation with Cisco ACI/APIC, SDA, and DNAC with ISE integration.
