Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Reno, Nevada seeks a senior Network Engineer to lead advanced troubleshooting and design across data center, LAN, WAN, and security domains. You will implement Cisco ACI, manage Palo Alto firewalls, IPSec VPNs, Infoblox DDI, and enterprise wireless deployments, while guiding Level 3 support during critical P1 incidents.

Qualifications

Expert in implementing Cisco ACI and fabric troubleshooting.
Experience administering Palo Alto Firewalls including NAT, VPN and policies.
Strong knowledge of VPNs (site-to-site and remote access) and IPsec.
Proficient with Infoblox DDI and DNS/DHCP/IPAM management.
Extensive experience with enterprise wireless deployments and RF optimization.
Proficient in real-time packet capture (Wireshark) for live P1 investigations.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting across application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs and multi-vendor interoperability.
Manage equipment, upgrades, and grid management for DDI and DNS/DHCP/IPAM.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve complex network issues under pressure.
Mentor Level 1/2 resources and ensure timely, high-quality solutions.
